The core advantage of the HS-926 Swiss-Type CNC Lathe is primarily reflected in the optimization of its mechanical structure. This model features an integral cast bed, combined with high-rigidity linear guides and ball screws, effectively suppressing the cutting vibrations during the processing. Compared to traditional centering machines, the spindle and secondary spindle of this model adopt a coaxial opposite layout, enabling the processing of both the front and rear ends of the parts in a single setup, eliminating the coaxiality errors caused by secondary setups. At the same time, the HS-926 is equipped with a high-precision hydraulic chuck system, allowing the clamping force to be adjusted in real time. This ensures stable clamping of slender shaft parts while effectively avoiding deformation of thin-walled components. This design enables the key indicators such as roundness and cylindricity of the processed parts to be stably controlled within the micrometer tolerance range. The spindle speed of the HS-926 can reach 8000-10000 rpm, and the rapid movement speed is increased to 30 meters per minute, significantly reducing non-cutting time. More importantly, the tool turret system of the HS-926 supports up to 32 tool installations, with the number of power tools installable being flexiblely configurable. This enables it to complete complex processes that originally required multiple equipment setups in a single cycle.
